This website is operated by Pelzer’s Plates LLC. LocalSite Studio is a website-design service brand operated by Pelzer’s Plates LLC, not a separate legal entity.
General information and pricing
Website content is provided for general information. Displayed package prices are starting prices, not binding quotes. Final scope and pricing are confirmed separately.
Requests and paid work
Submitting a request does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Paid work begins only after Pelzer’s Plates LLC and the customer accept a separate written Website Services Agreement. These Terms do not replace that signed agreement.
Demonstrations and acceptable use
Portfolio demonstrations may be fictional and are labeled accordingly. Visitors may not misuse this website, its forms, or its content.
Links, availability, and ownership
Third-party links are provided for convenience. Website availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Pelzer’s Plates LLC owns the LocalSite Studio website content except for properly licensed third-party material.
Governing law and updates
